Locally Sourced

All our produce is sourced locally from markets and farms across Thailand. Fresh vegetables, herbs and prime meats are combined with traditional Indian spices and our speciality blends to create aromatic dishes to satisfy any palette.

Comfort Food

With a selection of dishes from popular snacks picked up on side streets to charcoal grilled meats and vegetables in a traditional tandoor; our menu accompanies a selection of beer, wines and spirits for a casual dining experience reminiscent of an authentic Indian kitchen.

Cooked by Indian Chefs

Our in-house chefs are born and trained in India with over 20 years of experience. Their menu is specially curated with recipes passed down through generations and combined with traditional Indian cooking methods from the North to South.

Our Story

THE KARMAKAR FAMILY

The Khumpti matriarch, born and raised in the foothills of the Himalayas in the North East of India, cultivated a love of cooking as a young girl in her mother's kitchen. Her Bengali husband, a professor of anaesthesiology and self proclaimed grill master, picked up a hobby building his own tandoors from flower pots and bricks in their garden. With spices and aromas floating through their home, it was no surprise their son inherited an intense love of cooking. Spending his days in their kitchen learning traditional methods, he went on to train at culinary school in Australia before returning to Asia on the pursuit to share his family's recipes with the world.
